Ingredients For breakfast squares

1 lbbob evans zesty hot sausage
-
5 slicebread, cut or torn into 1/2-inch pieces
-
1green pepper, diced
-
1red pepper, diced
-
1 smonion, sliced
-
1 canlarge sliced mushrooms
-
2 csharp shredded cheddar cheese
-
6eggs
-
3 cmilk
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
salt to taste
How To Make breakfast squares

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any drippings.

2Spread bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 baking dish; mix sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onion, and spread on top of bread cubes. Layer cheese over all. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and mustard until well blended; pour over cheese evenly.

3Bake 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares; serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
