This is so easy but really impressive to serve for a brunch with friends and family. It's really yummy!

Ingredients For breakfast souffle

10 lgeggs

2 cmilk
-
1/4 conion, chopped

1/4 cmushrooms, chopped

1/4 cgreen bell papper, chopped

1/2 lbbulk sausage, browned and drained

6 slicebacon, cooked, drained, chopped fine

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
-
6 slicebread, with crusts
How To Make breakfast souffle

1Stir milk into eggs, lightly beating the eggs. In frying pan, saute the next 3 ingredients until onion turns translucent. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except egg mixture together. Place bread slices in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour egg mixture over top and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are set
