3/4 coatmeal

1whole nutmeg, grated

3 tspsalt

2heaping teaspoons sage

2heaping teaspoons marjouam

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make breakfast sausage

1Cut pork into small pieces. Combine with other ingredients. Using fine grinder run through meat grinder twice. Shape into patties. Cook as desired. Makes about 20 patties.
