Do you have left over mashed potatoes then use them to line a pie dish and make up this recipe! My dad taught me how to make this! Make your own filling and try it with mashed potatoes!

Ingredients For breakfast quiche

  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/4 can
    milk any kind
  • 1/2 c
    left over meat
  • 1/2 c
    mixed vegetables, frozen or any kind
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar any kind
  • left over mashed potato enough to flatten in pie dish
  • seasonings to taste

How To Make breakfast quiche

  • 1
    Using a fork spread out left over mashed potatoes in a greesed pie dish making the crust instead of pie shell.

    Mix the remainder of ingredients, whisking till well mixed and pour into potato pie dish. Cook at 375 degrees till golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean approx 20 mins.

    Variations: adding onions, potato toppers my recipe for seasoning, greens, any kind of vegetable and left over can go into this!
