Ingredients For breakfast pizza

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg
    ground sausage
  • 1 (8 oz) can
    crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg
    cheddar jack cheese
  • 5 lg
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    half and half
  • dash
    salt
  • dash
    pepper
  • 1 (4 oz) can
    green chiles or jalapeos, diced
  • 2 c
    frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

How To Make breakfast pizza

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12" pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    In small skillet over low heat, brown sausage. While sausage is cooking, unroll Crescent rolls and place on pizza pan with points of rolls toward center. Press triangles together, seal perforations and form a circle. Grate cheese; set aside. In medium bowl, beat eggs, salt, pepper and Half and Half; add green chiles or jalapenos, if desired; set aside.

    Drain browned sausage. Layer sausage, hash browns, egg mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 25 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden. Remove from oven and cool about 5 minutes. Cut in slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
