Ingredients For breakfast pie

8 slicebacon, cooked until crisp--reserve 1 tbl. drippings

1/2 ccorn flake crumbs

5eggs
-
2-1/2 cfrozen hash brown potatoes

1-1/2 c(4 oz) shredded swiss cheese

1/2 ccottage cheese
-
1/3 cmilk
-
1green onion--- thinly sliced

1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
4drops--liquid pepper sauce
How To Make breakfast pie

1Crumble bacon. Set aside. Mix corn flake crumbs with the 1 Tbl drippings. Set aside.

2In medium-sized bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with crumbs mixture and bacon. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

3Morning---remove pan from refrigerator. Uncover and bake in oven at 325* about 50 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Great when served with the Save-A-day Coffeecake
