Ingredients For breakfast patties

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2 c
    grated apple
  • 1/4 can
    grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground sage
  • 1 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    coarse bread crumbs

How To Make breakfast patties

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients, except crumbs; Mix. Form mixture into 8 patties. Press each patty into bread crumbs to coat. Broil patties 5-7 minutes per side until juices run clear. Makes 8 patties.
