This is a recipe that we all tried at a food class I attended when I had my home day care. My family and the kids all loved it. You can make the french toast the way you usually make it. I myself just use eggs and sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture. (no milk)

Ingredients For breakfast lasagne

1 csour cream

1/3 cbrown sugar

12 slicefrench toast

8 ozboiled ham, sliced

2 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

20 ozapple pie filling

1 cgranola
How To Make breakfast lasagne

1In a small bowl, blend sour cream and brown sugar. Chill.

2Preheat oven to 350F. Meanwhile, make french toast and place 6 slices in bottom of greased 9x13" baking pan.

3Layer ham and 2 cups of cheddar cheese and remaining 6 slices of french toast.

4Spread apple pie filling over top, sprinkle with the granola.

5Bake for 25 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Continue baking about 5-8 minutes.

6Serve with sour cream mixture.
