I was going thru my diabetic packet today and came across this recipe. As an Diabetic, you think that you can eat anything good. I want to this class and they gave us meals that are tasty and Nutritionist recommended.. And they made this for us and it was pretty tasty..

Ingredients For breakfast lasagna

2 cyogurt, vanilla
-
2 craspberries
-
2 cfresh blueberies , or sliced strawberries

4 ccorn flakes
How To Make breakfast lasagna

1Place 1/3 of the corn flakes in an even layer in the bottom of a 8x8 inch serving dish.

2Mix together the raspberries, blueberries and yogurt and spoon half of it over the corn flakes evenly.

3Sprinkle another layer of the corn flakes over yogurt mixture and the remaining yogurts over that.

4Sprinkle the remaining corn flakes over top. Enjoy
