This is a good recipe for one person or if you have children who are old enough to fix their own breakfast. When my chiidren were still living at home and we were all trying to get out of the door in the mornings, I didn't have this wonderful time saver. It sure would have made my day.

2 Tbspmilk

1 Tbspreal bacon bits or a slice of bacon, chopped

2 Tbspshredded cheddar cheese

1 pinchsalt and pepperpper to taste
How To Make breakfast in a mug

1I use canned milk but it really doesn't matter. Spray a large mug with non stick spray. crack two eggs into the mug with the milk and bacon bits. Beat with a fork until blended. Nuke on high for about 35 seconds, stir. nuke for another 35 or 40 seconds until eggs are set. Remove from microwave and sprinkle cheese on top
