Super simple and delicious breakfast cups. Great recipe to fool around with or to keep the same. ^^ I make the recipe for one (makes two cups), but just double,triple,quadruple for your needs!

1large egg

1 1/2 Tbspsour cream

1/2 cchopped stale bread (i use baguette)

1/4 tspsalt

2 pinchshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make breakfast cheese, egg, and bread cups

1Preheat oven to 350. Whip together egg, salt, and sour cream until mixed fully.

2Pour evenly into two cups in a muffin tin. Stick desired amount of chopped bread into the mixture. Top with mozzarella.

3Bake for 10-15 minutes until mixture rises and solidifies.

4Let cool for a few minutes, pop out, and serve!
