6 lgeggs

2 cmilk

1 tspsalt

1 tspdry mustard

2 slicewhite bread, in 1" cubes

1 lbsausage, browned

1 csharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make breakfast casserole (pennsylvania dutch)

1Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.

2Grease bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.

3Place in layer of bread cubes, the sausage, then cheese.

4Pour egg mixture over the top.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

7Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.

8NOTE: For 8 people use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
