2 cmilk

1 lbsausage, browned

1 tspsalt

1 cshredded cheddar, mild or sharp

1 tspdry mustard
How To Make breakfast casserole (pennsylvania dutch "cowboy")

1Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.

2Grease bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.

3Layer bread cubes, then sausage, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

6Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.

7NOTE: For 8 people use 3 slices of bread and 8 eggs.
