Everyone love's this recipe.It is easy & quick.I found this recipe in Dumas Arkansas from a little Baptist church cookbook.

Ingredients For breakfast casserole

  • 1 lg
    crescent rolls
  • Dozen md
    egg
  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 9X13 INCH OBLONG PAN

How To Make breakfast casserole

    Open crescent roll's.roll them out.do not take apart.lay crescent roll's in un-greased baking pan.press seam's together to form a bottom crust.

    Scramble fry 1 pound bulk sausage.In a colander drain sausage well.

    Beat 1 dozen medium egg's in a large bowl. Pour the beaten egg's in pan on top of crescent roll's then pour in the prepared sausage. pour 8 0z of cheddar cheese on top. Bake in 350% oven.for about 30 min.you may need to bake longer for some oven's.when the cheese melt's it will be done.

    You may substitute the sausage with bacon bits.
