Ingredients For breakfast casserole

  • 1 lb
    sausage
  • 12
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 6 slice
    wheat bread
  • 2 c
    graded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make breakfast casserole

    1. Cook sausage. while sausage is cooking, mix the other ingredients except the cheese and bread, together. Coat a casserole dish with melted butter.

    2. Drain the cooked sausage. Place bread in buttered casserole dish then layer the sausage on bread slices. Once this is done pour egg mixture over the sausage then top with cheese.

    3. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight, next morning preheat over at 350 degrees and bake for 1 hr and 10 minutes
