Ingredients For breakfast casserole

1 pkgjimmy dean sausage (tube)

8 ozdiced ham
-
1 cbacon (fried crisp & crumbled)

1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancream of potato soup
-
4 cshreddded raw potato
-
1 to 1-1/2 cmilk
-
1 qtegg substitute
-
1 to 1-1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make breakfast casserole

1Put bacon in a skillet and cook until crispy and lay on a paper towel to drain. Place sausage & diced ham in a skillet and cook until sausage is done. Place all sausage, ham & bacon on the bottom of a casserole (9x13) baking dish.

2Spread shredded potatoes over meat mixture. Pour eggs over the potatoes.

3In a medium mixing bowl add, soups & milk. Mix well and pour over potatoes.

4Bake at 375 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours; remove top with cheese and bake another 10 min.
