Ingredients For breakfast casserole

8 slicebread - buttered, trim & cube

1 lbcheddar cheese, shredded

1 lbcooked sausage, ham, or bacon

8eggs
-
3/4 tspsalt

3 cmilk
-
6green onions, chopped fine

3/4 tspdry mustard

dashred pepper
How To Make breakfast casserole

1Place bread in a 9 x 13 baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. Add meat.

2Beat eggs and milk, add spices and pour on top of meat.

3Cover and Refrigerate over night.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place dish in over and back 55 minutes. Remove cover last 5 minutes of baking time.
