Ingredients For breakfast casserole

  • 1 pkg
    frozen o'brien hashbrowns (32 oz)
  • 1 lb
    turkey bacon
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 8 lg
    eggs, slightly beaten

How To Make breakfast casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Place hashbrowns in prepared dish.

    Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. Sprinkle cooked bacon over potatoes.

    In bowl, stir together eggs, cheese and seasonings. Pour eggs over potatoes and bacon. Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
