Ingredients For breakfast casarole

  • 1/2 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 sm
    red bell pepper
  • 1/2 sm
    yellow onion
  • 4 oz
    fresh mushrooms.. sliced
  • 1 tsp
    chopped celery leaves
  • 6 lg
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese... divided
  • salt and paper... to taste
  • 1-2 dash
    this is the secert item]... liquid smoke

How To Make breakfast casarole

    in lg fry pan cook sausage til no longer pink,drain well, add onion,bell pepper cook til onion limp,add celery leaves and mushrooms cook and stir 5-8 min than add hash brownies stir well

    meanwhile break eggs into med size bowl with wire wisk whip eggs til frothy add milk,cheese, salt and pepper..set aside

    spray a 9x13 ovenware pan with non stick spray..add sausage to pan... just before adding to meat add a couple dashes liquid smoke in eggs whisk well to blend......pour over meat

    bake in 350 preheated oven til set...35-45 min
