    homeade breakfast sausage
  • 10 lg
    jalapeno peppers
  • 8 md
    carrots
  • 4 md
    red onion
  • 10 md
    ribs of celery
  • 15 lg
    farn fresh eggs
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 lg
    loaf of homemade bread

How To Make breakfast bread pudding

    Brown Sausage, tear bread into small peices, cut peppers and carrots into rings, juilenne the onions and cut the celery into half moon. crack all eggs and mix with cream in large mixing bowl, when sausage is browned add it all the vegtables and bread mix all ingrdients together until it is mixed well. put into a a hotel pan cover with plastic wrap and foil until it is cookrd approx 45 min in a 350 degree oven.
