Ingredients For breakfast baked apples & granola, low fat,crockpot

8 mdapples, peeled, cored, and sliced or chopped

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 tspcinnamon

juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbspbutter or low fat margarine
-
2 clow fat granola
-
1/4 cwalnuts or craisins, optional
How To Make breakfast baked apples & granola, low fat,crockpot

1Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for about 7 hours. Put this on to cook at night and its ready for breakfast. Good enough to serve the whole family. Leftovers keep in frig for second day use.
