Ingredients For breakfast bake

  • 1-1/2 lb
    refrigerated ready to make hash browns
  • Egg Beater
    equivalent to 5 eggs.
  • 2
    scallions, chopped.
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 8 slice
    canadian bacon, cooked, crumbled.

How To Make breakfast bake

  • 1
    Spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine hash browns, Egg Beaters, cottage cheese, scallions, pepper, salt, garlic powder and hot sauce. Blend well. Pour contents into casserole dish. Cover, refrigerate overnight. The next day, heat oven to 35. Unvover casserole, sprinkle evenly w/ bacon. Bake 30 min, or until heated through.
