1 tspeach baking powder and baking soda

1/4 csugar

1 tspsalt

2 lgeggs beaten

2 cbuttermilk

1/2 cwhole milk

4 tspmelted butter

zest and juice of 1 lemon

2 cfresh blueberries

1 cwalnuts chopped
- STREUSEL TOPPING

1/2 cflour
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar
-
3 Tbspsugar

1 tspcinnamon
-
4 Tbspbutter cut into chunks

How To Make blueberry pancake bake

1Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add the eggs buttermilk, milk, melted butter and lemon zest and juice. Mix well. Pour into sprayed 9x13 pan.

2Top evenly with blueberries. Sprinkle the walnuts over the blueberries.

3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the dry streusel ingredients together. Cut in the butter with a fork or your fingers. Sprinkle over top of pancake. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with or without syrup.
