Ingredients For blueberry muffins

  • 2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    frozen blueberries

How To Make blueberry muffins

  • 1
    Stir first 5 ingredients just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Batter will not be smooth. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bakr at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
