12 slicebread cut into one inch cubes

16 ozcream cheese cut into small cubes

2 cmilk

1/2 cmaple syrup

12eggs, beaten

1 cblueberries, fresh or frozen

1 tspvanilla
- BLUEBERRY SAUCE

1 csugar
-
1 cwater
-
1 cblueberries, fresh or frozen

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspbutter
How To Make blueberry french toast casserole

1Grease 9x13 baking dish. Arrange half of bread in dish. Top with cream cheese. Sprinkle with blueberries, and top with remaining bread.

2Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and syrup. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.

3Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and continue baking 25-30 minutes until center is firm and browned. Serve with blueberry sauce.

4BLUEBERRY SAUCE Mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Brin to boil. Stir constantly 3-4 minutes. Mix in blueberries. Reduce heat and simmer10 minutes until blueberries burst. Stir in butter.
