I can't remember where I found this egg dish, but we sure do like it for breakfast and dinner.

Ingredients For baked sausage and egg dish

  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sharp chedder cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    bulk breakfast sausage, crumbled and cooked

How To Make baked sausage and egg dish

    Preheat oven 425. Put eggs and milk in a bowl and beat them with a fork add cheese and cooked sausage, Mix altogether. Put all the ingredients in a buttered 9by9 baking dish. Bake for 20-25 min. until browned on top. I put extra cheese on top before it goes in the oven, we like it cheesy!! Enjoy!!
