Ingredients For baked eggs, cheese and ham casserole

  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    cream, or evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 12
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c
    cooked ham, diced

How To Make baked eggs, cheese and ham casserole

  • 1
    Spread cheese in bottom of a 9x13" pan, pour margarine over cheese. Add ham.
  • 2
    Mix cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour half mixture over the cheese and ham. Add eggs and pour rest of cream over the top.

    Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
