Make this the night before you want to serve this, and save yourself the hassle in the morning. The flavors mingle and get more pronounced if they sit overnight. Everyone loves waking up while the French toast is baking in the oven. I make chicken sausage and scrambled eggs to go with it.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Make this baked apple cinnamon French toast for your next holiday breakfast or when you want to surprise your family with something special. The French bread soaks up a mixture of milk, heavy cream, and apple juice concentrate to create a creamy and flavorful custard. Sprinkled over the bread is a topping filled with apples, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. It's absolutely delicious. Easy to prepare, this is a must-try recipe.
