My hubby loves this for breakfast, I make it on Sunday evenings and he can eat it the rest of the week!

Ingredients For bacon, egg and cheese quiche

1 3/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cmilk, low-fat

3 slicebacon, cooked, chopped into bits
How To Make bacon, egg and cheese quiche

1Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

2Grease 1 pie pan

3Mix together eggs, bacon and milk until eggs are thoroughly beaten. Add salt and peper to taste (optional)

4Cover bottom of pan with cheese (approximately 1/2 of total amount needed)

5Pour egg mixture over cheese

6Cover egg mixture with remainder of cheese

7Bake at 375 until fluffy and slightly brown on top

8Cut as you would a pie and serve! This is a great dish to make on a Sunday night and have for breakfast the rest of the week.
