This is perfect for when you're in the mood for a heavier, stick-to-the-ribs breakfast.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This bacon breakfast bake is a great recipe when hosting overnight guests. It keeps you out of the kitchen, so you can spend time with company. This breakfast casserole features the ingredients of a breakfast sandwich in casserole form. It's smoky, cheesy, and delicious. We fixed this with white bread, but French would be great, too. If you love bacon, consider adding a few more slices. Everything is always better with "Just a Pinch" more bacon.
