Ingredients For bacon and cheese brunch

  • 1 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can
    apple pie filling
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 4
    eggs

How To Make bacon and cheese brunch

  • 1
    heat the oven to 375°. Grease an 8 x 12" baking dish. Put Apple pie filling in pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Beat remaining ingredients with beater until smooth and pour over the top. Bake, uncovered, until knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
