Ingredients For bacon and cheddar brunch casserole

  • 2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. bacon cooked and crumbled

How To Make bacon and cheddar brunch casserole

    Preheat oven to 375. Put pancake mix, milk, eggs and maple syrup in large bowl. Using mixer beat on low speed for about 1 minute or til mixture is well blended. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour batter into lightly greased 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or til top is golden brown and filling is set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8
