This recipe is a family favorite from my good friend, Tracy Sanders. It's unique, delicious and easy!

Ingredients For tracy sander's breakfast casserole

1 bagor box of cheese croutons
-
2 cgrated, sharp cheddar cheese
-
1 lbcooked and crumbled sausage (drained)

4 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 cwhole milk
-
1 3/4 tspdry mustard
-
1 cangolden mushroom soup
-
1/2 cwhole milk
How To Make tracy sander's breakfast casserole

1Layer in a greased , glass 9x13 pan, the cheese croutons, then the cheddar cheese and finally the crumbled sausage.

2Mix together , 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. Milk, 1 3/4 tsp. dry mustard. Pour over top of layers in pan.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Right before putting into the oven, mix together 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk and pour over top.

5Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
