3 cold fashioned oatmeal

1 ccanned solid pumpkin -like libby's

3/4 clight brown sugar,packed

2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspeach ground cinnamon, and salt

1/2 tspground nutmeg

1/4 tspground cloves
-
2 lgeggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 cmelted unsalted butter
- TOPPING:

1/2 cchopped pecans
-
3 Tbspsoft butter
-
1/2 clight brown sugar,packed
How To Make pumpkin praline baked oatmeal

1Preheat oven to 350^. In a large bowl, stir the oats, pumpkin, brown sugar, baking powder, slat cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Mix well. Set aside.

2In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla, eggs, milk and melted butter. Stir into the dry ingredients until well blended. In a small bowl combine the topping ingredients. Set aside.

3Pour the pumpkin batter into a 9-inch casserole dish coated with non stick butter spray and sprinkle the pecan mixture over top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until just set. Serve right away. Great with cream or whipped cream too.
