Ingredients For overnight breakfast casserole

  • 6 slice
    bread, trimmed & cubed
  • 1 lb
    sausage, cooked & drained (optional- add ham or bacon)
  • 1/4 c
    green peppers, cooked (opional)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions, cooked (optional)
  • 1 c
    chedder cheese , sheddd
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make overnight breakfast casserole

  • 1
    Layer in order- Bread, sausage, green pepper, onions and cheese into a (9 x 13) baking dish.

    Beat together milk, eggs, salt & pepper. Pour over layered ingredients in dish.

    Cover over night and refrigerate.

    Bake at 350 uncovered for 35 minutes. Enjoy. . .
