2/3 cfinely diced black forest ham, (4 ounces)

1Heat the oil in a large non stick skillet over medium high heat

3Saute, stirring often, until softened and lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes.

6Saute, stirring often, until the potatoes are tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
