Ingredients For diabetic friendly quiche (sallye)

1 pkgfrozen broccoli florets (10-16 ounces)
-
1 mdonion
-
2 csliced mushrooms
-
4 lgegg whites (or 2 cups egg substitute)

1 lgegg (optional)
-
2 cskim milk
-
1/2 cgrated cheese, parmesan or swiss or your favorite

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspitalian seasoning
How To Make diabetic friendly quiche (sallye)

1Preheat oven to 375º F Pour broccoli into colander and allow to thaw and drain Finely dice onion and slice mushrooms Place broccoli, onion and mushrooms in microwave safe bowl and zap for 3 minutes (do not add any liquid)

2Remove bowl from microwave and allow veggies to cool down Add eggs and milk to bowl and whisk until all ingredients are well blended Fold in cheese and seasonings

3Transfer to quiche or baking pan and place in preheated oven. Cook for 40-45 minutes until firm in center Remove from oven and allow to set for 5-10 minutes to settle.
