cheesy hashbrowns & ham ~ so tasty!
This is a wonderfully, tasty recipe to use up that left over ham! My troops love it! Serve it up with a veggies if you like and you will have one scrumptious dinner. Enjoy!

1 bag26 ounce ~ hashbrowns - thawed

1 csour cream

2 Tbspminced dried onions

saltto taste - i don't use a lot, because of the ham

1/2 - 1 tsppepper

3 cshredded, cheddar cheese ~ divided

1 ccooked ham ~ cubed

1/2 cbutter, melted
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 - 14.75 cancream of chicken soup

driedparsley for garnish
How To Make cheesy hashbrowns & ham ~ so tasty!

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside. If hash browns aren't thawed, I place in a large bowl and defrost in microwave for a few minutes. Place all ingredients, except for 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.

2Spread evenly into prepared dish.

3Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese. I then sprinkle with some dried parsley.

4Bake for roughly 1 hour or until potatoes are completely cooked and cheese is bubbly and golden. Enjoy! So good!
