This is one of my comfort foods when I want a little more than something to eat, it brings back a lot of memories for me! =)

Ingredients For breakfast hash mash

  • 1/3 can
    corned beef hash
  • 1
    egg
  • 1
    thick slice of velveeta cheese

How To Make breakfast hash mash

    Press 1/3 can of corned beef hash into a small microwavable bowl, leaving an indention in the middle.

    Break open an egg into the indention and prick the yellow a couple of times with a toothpick to prevent the egg exploding in the microwave.

    Microwave about two minutes. Take out and lay a thick slice of velveeta cheese over the top. Cover with a saucer and let set about one more minute. The egg will finish cooking and the cheese will melt. Enjoy with a slice of toast and some fruit for a hearty breakfast!
