Ingredients For blueberry french toast casserole

  • 12 slice
    day old bread cut into cubes
  • 2
    8 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 c
    frozen blueberries
  • 12
    eggs
  • 2 c
    1% milk
  • 1/2 c
    pure maple syrup

How To Make blueberry french toast casserole

    Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place 1/2 the bread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle w/ blueberries and cream cheese.

    Arrange remaining bread cubes over blueberries. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk and syrup until combined. Pour over bread mix in pan. Cover, chill 2 hrs.

    Heat oven to 375. Cover casserole and bake 25 mins. Uncover and bake 25 more mins, until browned and eggs are set.
