DH loves baked oatmeal so I am always looking for new ways to make it. This is my version of a recipe I fond on the internet. *10 minute cool time not included.

2 crolled oatmeal, not instant

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cmilk, 1%
-
1/2 cegg beaters egg substitute

1/2 capplesauce, unsweetened
-
1/8 csplenda brown sugar blend
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
-
1-1 1/2 ccarrot, shredded (2 carrots)

8 ozcrushed pineapple
-
1/4 craisins
-
yogurt or milk for topping
How To Make baked oatmeal carrot cake version

1Combine wet ingredients.

2Add dry ingredients.

3Bake in Pam sprayed 8" pan at 350 F for 35-45 minutes.

4Let cool about 10 minutes to set-up a bit before serving.

5Serve topped with yogurt or milk.
