Ingredients For zucchini pineapple bread

    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 c
    white flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    wheat flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1 can
    (20 ounces) crushed pineapple ,drained
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts

How To Make zucchini pineapple bread

  • 1
    Beat the eggs,stir in the melted margarine and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients together and gradually beat the flour mixture into the egg mixture. When blended mix the zucchini and nuts in.

    Pour into 2 loaf pans.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.until a toothpick comes out clean.
