This is a terrific recipe that a good friend (that I used to work with)gave me. I have made it often ever since then. It is so moist and flavorful, I know that you and yours will enjoy it too!

1 ccanola oil

2 cbrown sugar, packed

3 tspreal vanilla extgract

1 Tbspmolasses

4 call purpose flour

How To Make zucchini bread (doris christoph's)

1Beat eggs, oil and brown sugar. Beat well. Add vanilla, zucchini and molasses and beat. Add dry ingredients and nuts last. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans for 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool in pans 15-20 minutes before removing. Makes 2 loaves.
