1 1/2 tspgrated orange peel

How To Make zucchini bread

1Beat eggs until frothy.

2Add sugar, zucchini, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.

3Add dry ingredients. Mix well.

4Divide batter into 2 loaf pans that are greased and floured.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
