Ingredients For zucchini bread

3 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspground nutmeg

2 csugar

3/4 cvegetable oil

3large eggs

2 tspvanilla extract

3 cshredded zucchini
-
1 cchopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make zucchini bread

1Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

2Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in zucchini and nuts.

3Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pans.

4Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completelu on wire racks.
