Ingredients For zucchini bread

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional )

How To Make zucchini bread

  • 1
    Whisk your dry ingr. together, and set aside.
  • 2
    Beat your 3 eggs together until frothy.
  • 3
    Stir in your sugars, oil, grated zucchini, and your vanilla extract.

    Combine your dry ingr., stir into zucchini mixture until well mixed.Add in your walnuts or pecans (optional )

    Heat oven to 325 degr.
  • 6
    Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans
