Ingredients For zucchini bread

3 csifted flour

1 tspsalt

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspbaking powder

3 mdeggs (well beaten)

2 csugar
-
1 ccooking oil
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
2 czucchini shreds
How To Make zucchini bread

1pre-heat your oven to 350* . Combine all your dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2beat Eggs in a separate bowel, then add oil, zucchini shreds, vanilla extract.

3Bake in a greased and floured bread loaf pan, lined with Parchment paper. ***makes two loafs*** 350* for 1 hour

4turn bread over and release from pan, and let cool right side up, serve warm, with butter,enjoy!
