Ingredients For zucchini bread

1/2 csugar

1/4 tspvanilla

1 coil

3eggs, well beaten

1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspsoda

1/4 tspbaking soda

3 cflour

3/4 cbrown sugar

2 czucchini, grated
How To Make zucchini bread

1With electric mixer, combine first seven ingredients.

2Then add eggs, oil, vanilla and zucchini.

3Mix well.

4Divide mixture into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.

5Cool on rack.

6Can be frozen if required.
