Ingredients For zucchini bread

3 1/2 cplain flour,

3/4 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 cansmall crushed pineapples

1 1/2 tspsalt

2 tspcinniman

2 csugar

1 ccooking oil

1 tspvanilla extract

4 lgeggs

1 cnuts, mash up

2 cshredded zuichini
How To Make zucchini bread

1grease or pam 2- 8x5 loaf pans. in a bowl beat together sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. beat in eggs 1 at a time. stir in flour mixture several times with zucchini. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. don"t over bake.

2topping icing: boil, 1 stick of butter,1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla. let bread cool, before you pour it over it.
