Ingredients For zucchini bread

1 cwhite sugar

1 cbrown sugar
-
3eggs beaten
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
2 cgrated zucchini
-
3 Tbspvanilla
-
3 cflour
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
3 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 cchopped nuts (optional)
How To Make zucchini bread

1Combine sugar, oil & eggs - beat until blended

2Add zucchini and vanilla
-
3Sift flour with salt, soda, cinnamon & baking powder

4Stir into creamed mixture, add nuts
-
5Pour into two (2) well greased loaf pans
-
6Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour
